Welcome to CarolaCarollsEyes. Please read the following information carefully regarding the preparation, shipping, and delivery of orders placed through our online store.
Order Preparation
All of our eyes are handmade and hand-finished. Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 1–5 business days of payment confirmation.
During periods of high demand, holidays, or exceptional circumstances, preparation times may vary.
Express Shipping
To ensure fast and secure deliveries, all orders are shipped exclusively via express shipping services with tracking.
Estimated delivery times are:
Italy: 1–3 business days
Europe: 2–7 business days
United States and Canada: 3–10 business days
Rest of the world: 4–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and the carriers’ operational conditions.
Import Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, local taxes, import taxes, or other charges required by the authorities of the destination country are SOLELY the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number that allows them to track the shipment online.
Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided at the time of order is accurate and complete.
CarolaCarollsEyes is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
P.O. Boxes
To ensure fast and secure delivery, our carrier does not ship to P.O. boxes.
When placing an order, you must provide a complete and correct physical address where the carrier can make the delivery.
If a P.O. Box is provided as the shipping address, we may contact you to request an alternative address before proceeding with the shipment of your order.
Delays, Losses, and Damage
Once entrusted to the courier or postal service, the package is subject to the delivery times and procedures of the designated carrier.
Although we will do our best to assist the customer in resolving any issues with the courier, CarolaCarollsEyes cannot guarantee the delivery times indicated by the carriers and is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as:
weather conditions;
strikes;
customs inspections;
extraordinary events;
logistical issues on the carrier’s part.
In the event of a damaged package or non-delivery, the customer is asked to contact us as soon as possible, providing all relevant information so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
